Terms of Service

1. The service
Moments ("we", "us") provides an online service at moments.am that lets photographers ("you") upload, store, and share photographs and videos with their clients. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Your content
You retain all rights to the photographs and videos you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, resize, and deliver your content solely to operate the service. You confirm you have the rights and any necessary consents from the people depicted to upload and share the content.
4. Acceptable use
You may not upload unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights, or material depicting minors in a sexual context. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through our payment partner, Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Prices are shown before checkout. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Paddle's refund policy.
6. Storage limits and lapsed plans
Each plan includes a storage allowance. If your subscription lapses, uploads stop after a 14-day grace period, client access continues for a further 30 days, and content is deleted 90 days after the plan ends unless you reactivate.
7. Availability and backups
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We keep backups of the database daily and store files on redundant object storage. You should keep your own copies of your originals.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@moments.am. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms with notice where practical.
9. Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
