Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Moments operates moments.am. This policy explains what personal data we process and why. Contact: privacy@moments.am.
2. Data about photographers
Account details (name, email, password hash, language), studio profile, billing status from Paddle (we do not store card numbers), usage data, and support messages.
3. Data about gallery visitors
A random visitor identifier stored in a cookie, favorites and download activity within a gallery, and, where a photographer enables an email gate, the name and email you enter. Photographers can see this activity for their own galleries.
4. Photos and videos
Files are stored on Cloudflare R2 in the European Union and processed to create previews. We strip location metadata from previews. We never use your content for advertising or to train machine-learning models.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in, gallery access, language preference, and bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). We do not use advertising cookies.
6. Service providers
Cloudflare (hosting edge, storage, bot protection), Paddle (payments), Resend (email delivery), and our server hosting provider. Each processes data under a contract that restricts use to providing their service.
7. Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted 30 days after account deletion. Gallery content follows the storage rules in the Terms. Server logs are kept for 30 days.
8. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from Settings or by emailing privacy@moments.am. Gallery visitors can ask the photographer or us to delete their visitor data.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, access to originals requires signed, time-limited links, and administrative actions are logged.
10. Changes
We will post updates here and email photographers about material changes.
